  • Open to startups, DPIIT-recognised startups, MSMEs, incubators, NGOs, individual innovators, academic/gov/private organisations
  • Non-dilutive research/innovation grant support from Google
  • Submit via Manthan platform (manthan.gov.in), register as supply-side
  • Evaluated on technical merit, PI experience, publications, tech-transfer potential
