Program Details

  • Up to ₹20 lakh as a non-dilutive GRANT for proof of concept, prototype development, or product trials
  • Up to ₹50 lakh more as debt / convertible debentures for market entry, commercialization, and scaling (this tranche is NOT a grant)
  • Milestone-based disbursement through DPIIT-recognized incubators (~300 incubators, ~3,600 startups targeted, ~₹945 Cr corpus)
  • Eligible: DPIIT-recognized, incorporated under 2 years, Pvt Ltd / LLP / registered partnership — sole proprietors and individuals NOT eligible
  • ⚠️ Prior-funding trap: more than ₹10 lakh from any Central or State scheme locks you out — stack your grants in the right order
  • ≥51% Indian promoter shareholding required; grant availed once + debt/CD availed once each under the scheme
  • No application or participation fees at any stage
